Fenton Vets – Commercial Development

Our biggest single contract to-date; the re-development of this prominent town centre site brought significant challenges for the team at Hook Construction to overcome. 

The client brief was very specific, with the number one priority being the continued, smooth running of the business during the works, along with customer and animal safety and welfare. 

Following a suggestion from our site manager, a third floor storage space was re-configured into a dedicated board room space, with little impact to the budget or schedule, adding significant value to the building. 

Completed in 2017 and re-photographed in 2022 the quality of the original build is clear to see.
